Breakfast starts early at 6 AM, because in this part of Texas, the best conversations happen over a plate of eggs, chorizo, and hot coffee before the day gets going.

"Took a little road trip today and found this quaint little spot in Castroville. Decided on the Chicken Enchilada plate, and they did not disappoint at all! Some of the most flavorful chicken enchiladas I've had!! Thanks for the great food, will definitely stop by again when in the area."

"From the beginning of our entrance into the restaurant, we were greeted with kindness, respect, and we fell in love with the restaurant already. We were family in the eyes of our server and the staff... I ordered the carne asada plate. It was delicious & outstanding. My husband ordered the three piece crispy tacos plate, it too was amazing & delicious. Not much to look at from the outside, but well worth stopping inside for a bite."
